To change your e-mail or password, login to your account, click “Your Account” on the top right, and then choose “Account Settings.” Update your information and click “Update.”
I want to cancel my 7-day free trial membership or change billing options.
To cancel your free trial membership, login to your account, click “Your Account” on the top right, and then choose “Account Settings.” Under the Subscriptions section, click the link to show a list of your active subscriptions. Select the 7-day free trial membership and complete the cancellation form to stop future membership payments. If you wish to keep your free trial but would like to cancel a different subscription, please follow the above steps and select the appropriate subscription you would like to cancel.

Why do I need to pay for some of your services if I’m already a member?
PeopleVerified membership includes a vast array of useful tools & search engines, including reverse phone (including landing and listed number searches) and e-mail searches, people searches, public record reports, and social network searches. Certain search services, such as background checks, reverse cell phone searches and some premium contact reports, are sold separately and not included in the membership.

How many searches can I run as a member?
PeopleVerified members can run an unlimited number of searches during membership term. Not that sharing login details, conducting bulk searches, and using automated search tools are strictly prohibited. Background reports, premium contact information, cell phone and unlisted number lookups are sold separately.
What is the difference between a report and membership?
A membership grants you unlimited search access in our public records database, while a report shows you the results for a specific query (e.g. a specific person’s contact information). Memberships are a better bargain if you conduct more than a few searches per year. Keep in mind that cell phone and unlisted number lookups, background reports, and certain contact information searches are sold separately and not included in a membership.
Are membership fees recurring or one-time?

What is a reverse email or phone search?
The term “reverse lookup” refers to a search that is based on a single piece of identifiable information. For example, if you have want to find out more about the owner of a certain e-mail address, you can use a reverse e-mail search to find out more about that person. PeopleVerified allows you to search by email address, street address, or phone number and find information about the owner.
If my search result is a public record, why do I have to pay for it?
If you’ve ever paid a visit to your local Department of Motor Vehicles or any other government office which houses public records, you’ve most likely come to realize that public information may be free, but it certainly isn’t easily accessible. In fact, a large part of public records are difficult to track down and require experienced professionals to attain. This is where PeopleVerified comes in. We specialize in aggregating and digitizing record databases so that they are readily available to you online. These databases are comprised from information which is derived from a diverse array of sources, including county courts, state databases, and hundreds of municipal websites.
How do I opt-out my information from searches?
Please note that cell phone and unlisted number lookups, background reports, and premium contact information reports are sold separately and not available on an unlimited basis. Background reports do not always include criminal information (since not everyone has a criminal record), but please note you will still be charged since we incur per-search fees from our data suppliers.
